 14-day Return Policy

Change of Mind Returns - Good Vibes Guarantee 

We want you to love your purchase, but if you’ve changed your mind, you’re welcome to return items within 14 days for a store credit or an exchange for another item of the same value (based on current pricing).

To be eligible for change of mind returns, your item must be:

  • in the same condition that you received it
  • unused, not damaged and in its original packaging
  • you may be asked to supply an image or video of the item/s you are requesting to return. 

For change of mind returns, you can either:

  • Drop your item back to us in-store, or
  • Return it by post. The cost of this is at your cost. Please note that the return shipping is to Northern Territory.

Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. For safety and hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings and hair/face accessories unless they are faulty.

You’ll also need the receipt,  proof of purchase or order number.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Return postage is at your expense to the Northern Territory. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your item/s have been received , inspected and accepted we will notify you and let you know if the return is accepted or not. If accepted, you’ll receive your store credit to the email address you placed your order with, within 14 business days. Please check your spam and junk folders too.

Damages and issues
All items are carefully and thoughtfully checked before being shipped to you to ensure and maintain quality. Unfortunately, sometimes breakages and/or damages occur during transit.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is broken or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item is faulty, we’ll be happy to provide a full refund with proof of purchase. If you don’t have your receipt, we can offer you an exchange for another item of the same value.

Exceptions / non-returnable items.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on 'change of mind' (after 14 days), gift cards or damage due to consumer misuse, earrings and hair/face accessories unless they are faulty or sale items.

Refunds

If a refund has been approved, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank, credit card company or third-party provider to process and post the refund too.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your CRYSTAL CHRONICLES order after it has been placed, you will need to do so immediately before your item has been shipped. Unfortunately once your item/s have been shipped, we are unable to cancel orders. Successfully cancelled orders will incur a $10 cancellation fee.
