Karma Crystals are our way of working with you to make the world a little less dark for others. A simple act of kindness to brighten a stranger's day when they receive their parcel.
A crystal from our collection will be intuitively chosen and packaged with a karma crystal note and words of kindness to brighten their day.

Our current estimated processing time is: 1-2 business days.
AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING
FREE Australian Standard Shipping on orders over $100*. (*Up to 4.99kg)
$10 – Standard: 3-14 working days after dispatch
$15 – Express: 1-7 working days after dispatch
Please note, we are not open on Public Holidays or weekends.
Once parcels are dispatched we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure all their details are current across all transit apps so that your items are deliverd to the correct address. If you are away and don't collect your item resulting in it being returned, please contact Crystal Chronicles as soon as possible and a refund will be arranged less postage. If you would like the item to be re-delivered, you will be required to pay for postage.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For breakages and exchange requests, please contact us via email at hello@crystalchronicles.com.au within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your CRYSTAL CHRONICLES order after it has been placed you will incur a $10 cancellation fee.
