FREE Australian Standard Shipping on orders over $100*. (*Up to 4.99kg)

$10 – Standard: 3-14 working days after dispatch

$15 – Express: 1-7 working days after dispatch

Please note, we are not open on Public Holidays or weekends.

Once parcels are dispatched we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure all their details are current across all transit apps so that your items are deliverd to the correct address. If you are away and don't collect your item resulting in it being returned, please contact Crystal Chronicles as soon as possible and a refund will be arranged less postage. If you would like the item to be re-delivered, you will be required to pay for postage.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your CRYSTAL CHRONICLES order after it has been placed you will incur a $10 cancellation fee.
