*It's important to note that most Citrine on the market today is actually heat treated amethyst (HTA) and not natural Citrine. These pendants are a HTA Citrine. It is still a real crystal (not man made) however it has been heat treated to change its colour to look like a Citrine. True Citrine is becoming more rare and attract a higher price point.

Pick up can be anytime during opening hours:
Thursday and Friday 10.30 am - 5.00 pm Saturday 10.00 am - 2.00 pm
Sunday 10.00 am - 1.00 pm.
Collection outside of these hours is by appointment only. Reply to your order confirmation email to arrange a time.
Dispatched Items
Once parcels are dispatched we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure their details are current across all transit apps so that your items are delivered to the correct address. If you are away and don't collect your item resulting in it being returned, please contact Crystal Chronicles. If you would like the item to be re-delivered, you will be required to pay for postage.
