Once parcels are dispatched we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise. If you are away and don't collect your item resulting in it being returned, please contact Crystal Chronicles as soon as possible and a refund will be arranged less postage. If you would like the item to be re-delivered, you will be required to pay for postage.
